MINERALISER FOR CONSTRUCTION
Water-repellent and waterproofing liquid product for the treatment of porous mineral surfaces, such as cement, concrete, brick, stone, etc. It obstructs the pores and capillaries of the material, preventing the passage of humidity through them.
Especially suitable for the treatment of damp patches caused by the water table, waterproofing of underground constructions, basements, car parks, tunnels, and retaining walls, in general, wherever a definitive barrier against dampness is required. Very useful for construction companies, refurbishment of historical buildings, maintenance, etc.
It has the following advantages compared to other application methods:
- Due to the fine size of its molecules, crystals can be created in the pores and capillaries of the treated surfaces.
- It creates a horizontal barrier against capillary rise in walls.
- High water-repellent power in ceramic materials.
- It regenerates and consolidates porous inorganic materials.
- It increases concrete hardness.
- It provides an antacid protection (pH > 3) to the treated surface.
- It increases the mechanical strength of mortars and ceramics.
- The treated surface becomes resistant to the passage of water at pressures of more than 3 kg/cm2.
