SPECIAL WATERPROOFED FOR FACADES
Water-based waterproofing coating made up of a dispersion of styrene-acrylic synthetic copolymers, pigments, charged ions, and additives that make it an excellent protector of facades against dampness, ultraviolet rays, gases, acids, algae, fungi, dirt, etc.
Excellent resistance to water with minimum water absorption, which makes it a perfect waterproof. It has very good resistance to ultraviolet rays and provides high-durability coatings and very good resistance to sanctification, so it is compatible with cement, fiber cement, concrete, etc.
It has the following advantages compared to other application methods:
- Permeable to water vapor.
- It facilitates the transpiration of the treated surfaces from the inside to the outside: it avoids trapped air.
- Waterproof against rainwater, climatic agents, and aging.
- It has high elasticity which allows it to bear expansions and contractions.
- It is very easy to apply.
- It does not produce bad smells.
